Fetch me a Topaz

Use the wizards magical fireball to melt the ice around a blue topaz, and bring the topaz to the wizard in the Snowy Plains.

Stage 1: Melt an ice block containing a blue topaz

Stage 2: Return the topaz to the wizard

Rewards: 150xp (!)

Note: The ice block is a randomly spawning bush-type that appears when you enter a map zone - the best way to get it is to step back and forth between two zones until it appears. It can appear in absolutely any of the Snowy Zones.
Those Zones being: The Glacial Crevice, The Billowing Snows, The Cracking Path, The Frozen Lake, The Snowy Plains, The Hidden Valley, The Beast's Field, The Frosty Canyon
